This piece is offered at 35% off due to a purely aesthetic variation that occurred during the making process. A small amount of grey clay has become incorporated into the white clay, creating visible grey markings. The profilepicture, the first picture, shows the piece with the grey part place directly at the front. 

The second picture is the piece from another angle - without any grey marks. 

And there is also a slight warm-toned variation along part of the glazed edge on the inside of the sculpture. 

These are purely visual characteristics and do not affect the construction, strength or integrity of the piece in any way. The work is fully intact and structurally sound. Whether you consider these little beauty marks charming or imperfect is simply a matter of personal taste.

Wabi-sabi
Small, subtle dark spots often appear in the white clay or glaze. They are a natural part of the material and are not considered flaws.
 
As every object is handmade, it will not have the uniform perfection of a mass-produced object. These small variations are part of what makes it special.
 
Cleaning
Clean the object with a damp cloth or rinse it under running water. Avoid strong cleaning products, as they may leave marks or streaks on the surface.
